On November 16, 2019. Toys Electronics hosted a workshop with the scouts of Western Pennsylvania women in tech. Toys electronics was able to conduct interactive experiences for the Girl Scouts. The young girls scouts were encouraged and empowered to tell their own story, create their own avatars and brainstorm superhero stories behind each of their characters. Members of the Toyz Electronics introduced their entrepreneurial journey and led the girls into the world of STEAM. Toyz Electronics CEO Damola Idowu said of the event ” So excited to have participated with Jennifer Ozdinec, PMP Julia Poepping Girl Scouts of the USA BNY Mellon RedchairPGH to inspire the next generation of Women in STEAM Careers.” Students had a great experience and shared their appreciation with touching notes. BNY Mellon Jennifer Ozdinec, PMP said “It was such a pleasure to partner with you at our Girl Scout event! You are doing such wonderful and inspiring things! Looking forward to partnering again in 2020!!”
